I offer individual virtual counselling for adults.

Sessions provide a supportive space to explore emotional experiences, patterns, and challenges that may be affecting your well-being, relationships, or sense of self. Counselling is collaborative, trauma-informed, and guided by your goals, boundaries, and readiness.

People often seek counselling for support with:

• emotional overwhelm, reactivity, or shutdown
• anxiety, stress, or difficulty coping
• anger, frustration, or intense emotions
• relationship and attachment concerns
• boundary challenges and self-trust
• past experiences that continue to have an impact

You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined issue to begin. We work with what shows up.

Session Format:
• Individual counselling
• 60-minute or 90-minute virtual sessions
• Secure, confidential platform

I also offer closed-group therapy for those who are looking to rebuild themselves after difficult relationships. Please see my Group Therapy tab for more information.
